This online tool lets you assess the current level of integration between your service or team and another service or team. The results are for your information only.
Based on your responses, you will be directed to resources that can help you improve how you partner so you can focus together on supporting young clients.
Your results will be collated into a document that you can use for business planning.
You can complete the questionnaire multiple times for different integration partners. We also hope you will return to the tool after you have had a chance to put some of the ideas into practice, and watch your integration score improve
