From school pressures to family stress, to hours spent online, teenagers today are navigating a world that can make switching off feel nearly impossible. Among it all, one thing often slips down the priority list — sleep.  

But sleep is far more than just rest. For young people, it’s a vital foundation for mental health, brain development, learning and emotional regulation. Without enough of it, everything feels harder, and the consequences can be serious.
