Black Dog Institute is conducting research to improve mental health in Australian workplaces by identifying causes and developing evidence-based solutions. Led by Dr Mark Deady, the team runs multiple studies to inform practical programs and training. Their work helps employers create healthier environments and address rising mental health challenges, especially among younger workers.
